    A posting is considered to be "expired" on the date you indicate when you send us your information, or upon receipt of your notice that your no longer want your information to appear upon the adriXchange (e.g., you have sold, traded, or no longer want to offer or acquire the subject of your information / posting), whichever occurs first. We will remove expired postings on a best effort basis only, with no express nor implied committment to do so within any specified period after expiration.
